You can download the App on Google Play Store or App Store.

Login

Obtain the installer account from your distributor.

Log into the App with the same username and password as those of your SmartPlus installer account or sub-installer account.

The area code will be chosen automatically in the lower-right corner. You can also select it manually.

Projects Management

Add Single-tenant Projects

  1. Tap the project type.
  2. Tapto add a project.
  3. Choose a way to set up and follow the on-page instructions.

 

Video Intercom Kit

  1. Tap Scan.
  2. Scan the QR code on the back of the device or upload the QR code photo from the local album.

3. Enter the device’s and user’s information and tap Submit.

Smart Home Kit

Note
Make sure Home Automation is enabled on the SmartPlus Cloud platform. If you have no Home Automation permission, please contact your distributor.
  1. Scan the QR code on the back of the device or upload the QR code photo from the local album.
  2. Configure the project name, time zone, and address.
  3. Tap Submit to save the configuration.

Check/Edit Community Projects

  1. On the home page, tapof the desired community or enter the community name in the upper search box.
  2. Tap Setting to enter the editing page.
  3. Modify the information and tap Submit to save the setting.

  

Check/Edit Apartments

  1. Tapof the desired community and select the desired building.
  2. Tap the desired apartment and Setting in the upper right corner to enter the editing page.
  3. Modify the information and tap Submit to save the setting.

Check/Edit Office Projects

  1. On the home page, tapof the desired office or enter the office name in the upper search box.
  2. Tap Setting in the upper right corner to enter the editing page.
  3. Modify the information and tap Submit to save the setting.

Users Management

Check Account Status

The number of inactive, expiring, and expired accounts will be displayed in the upper menu.

You can tap the corresponding icon to check the details.

Add Family Member Accounts

Single-tenant Projects

  1. Tap Single-tenant on the home page.
  2. Tapand Add Family Member.
  3. Fill in the user information and tap Submit.

 

Community Projects

  1. Tapof the community and select the desired building and apartment.
  2. Tap Users and Add Family Member.
  3. Fill in the user information and tap Submit.

 

Edit/Delete Users

Single-tenant Projects

  1. On the home page, tapto enter the detail page or enter the username in the upper search box.
  2. Tap the desired resident to enter the user information page.
  3. Tapin the upper right corner to edit or delete the account.
  4. Tap Reset Password to reset the SmartPlus App login password for the user.

 

Community/Office Projects

  1. On the home page, tapto enter the detail page or enter the username in the upper search box.
  2. Tap the desired user to enter the user information page.
  3. Tapin the upper right corner to edit or delete the account.
  4. Tap Reset Password to reset the SmartPlus App login password for the user.

 

Devices Management

Check Offline Devices

The number of offline devices will be displayed in the upper menu.

You can tap Offline Devices to see the device name and location.

Single-tenant Projects

  1. On the home page, tapof the desired project to enter the detail page or enter the device name in the upper search box.
  2. Tap the desired device to enter the setting page.
  3. Tapto edit or delete the device information. You can reset, reboot, upgrade, and perform AutoP for the device on the same page.

Community/Office Projects

  1. On the home page, tapof the desired project to enter the detail page or enter the device name in the upper search box.
  2. Tap the desired device to enter the setting page. You can also find the device by navigating to the location where the device is installed.
  3. Tapto edit or delete the device information. You can reset, reboot, upgrade, and perform AutoP for the device on the same page.

Property Manager Account Management

Add/Edit/Delete Property Manager Accounts

  1. Tap Me on the bottom menu and Property Manager List.
  2. Tapto add a property manager account and enter the username and email address. Select the language for the property manager in which the Akuvox Welcome Email will be displayed.
  3. You can copy the account password and send it to the property manager.
  4. Tapto edit the account information andto delete the account.

 

Assign the Property Manager

  1. On the home page, tapof the desired community or office, or search for it in the upper search box. In the project Composition section, you can also tap the desired property manager to modify the account information.
  2. Tapand select the property manager. On this page, you can also add a property manager by tapping New Property Manager.

 

Installer Account Management

Change Password

  1. Tap Me on the bottom menu and tap [your name].
  2. Tap Change Password to enter the setting page.
  3. Enter the current password. Then, enter the new one and confirm it.
  4. Tap Submit to save the setting.

Billing Information

  1. Tap Me on the bottom menu and tap [your name].
  2. Tap Billing Information. Fill in or edit the information.
  3. Tap Submit to save the setting.

Delete Account

  1. Tap Me on the bottom menu and tap [your name].
  2. Tap Delete Account and Yes for confirmation. The deletion of the App account will not affect the use of your web account.

Sub-installer Account Management

  1. Tap Me on the bottom menu and Sub-account List.
  2. Tapto add a sub-installer account and enter the account name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  3. You can copy the account password and send it to the sub-installer.
  4. Tapto edit the account information andto delete the account.

  1. Tap Support on the bottom menu.
  2. You can access various manuals and guides.
