# إنشاء حسابات تطبيقات SmartPlus للمستخدمين

مع حسابات تطبيق SmartPlus، يمكن للمستخدمين إجراء مكالمات وفتح الأبواب والمراقبة بسهولة باستخدام تطبيق Akuvox للهواتف المحمولة. يمكنك إنشاء حسابات لهم على بوابة SmartPlus Cloud.

## قبل أن تبدأ

لإنشاء الحساب، تحتاج إلى الحصول على المعلومات التالية من المستخدمين:

- اسم المستخدم.
- عنوان البريد الإلكتروني: استخدم لاستلام بريد Akuvox الإلكتروني الذي يحتوي على كلمة مرور حساب SmartPlus ورمز QR الخاص بها.
- رقم الهاتف المحمول: غير إلزامي. هو خيار بديل يستخدم لتسجيل الدخول إلى تطبيق SmartPlus وإعادة تعيين كلمة مرور الحساب.
- رقم الشقة إذا كان المستخدم من سكان المجتمع.

بعد إنشاء حسابات، سيتلقى المستخدمون مثل هذا البريد الإلكتروني.
