# Check Device Firmware Version and MAC Address

## On the Web Interface

All Akuvox intercom devices’ firmware versions and MAC addresses can be checked on the web interface.

Take R20A as an example.

1. Use the device IP to log into its web interface. The initial username and password are both admin.
2. Navigate to the **Status > Basic > Product Information** interface.

## On the Device

### Door Phones

The following door phones support checking firmware versions and MAC addresses on the **Information** screen.

The routes vary by model.

| **Model** | **Process** |
| --- | --- |
| S539/S538/S535/X915/X916/R29 | 1. On the dial interface, enter **9999** and press the **Dial** icon. 2. Enter **3888** and press **OK** to enter the system settings screen. 3. Press **Info**. 4. For S539 and X915, press **Network** on the system info screen. |
| R27/R28/S532 | 1. Press **✳2396#** on the keypad to enter the administrator screen. 2. Press **1** on the keypad. |
| E16/E18 | 1. Keep pressing on a random place on the device's initial screen for about five seconds. 2. Enter **admin**, the default system PIN code to enter the info screen. |
| X912 | 1. Press the **Key** icon on the screen or the keypad. 2. Enter **2396**, the default system PIN code. 3. Press the **Dial** icon on the keypad. |

### Indoor Monitors

All indoor monitors support checking firmware versions and MAC addresses on the **System Info** screen.

Take S567 as an example.

## On the SmartPlus Cloud Platform

When the device is added to the SmartPlus Cloud platform, installers and property managers can check the device’s information on the platform.

### Installers

**For the Single-tenant Projects**

1. Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with an installer account.

**For the Community Projects**

1. Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with an installer account.

3. Search for or locate the device based on where it is installed.

### Property Managers

1. Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with the property manager account.
2. Click **Devices** to see the device’s MAC address.
