# Add MR01 Sensor to the SmartPlus Cloud

The Akuvox MR01 radar sensor supports fall detection and bed-exit detection. When it is deployed on the SmartPlus Cloud, it can report alarms to the cloud and trigger call alerts.

This allows caregivers or administrators to receive alerts and respond quickly.

## For a Single-Family House Project

### Enable the Feature

1. Log in to the cloud platform with your installer account.
2. Navigate to the **Single-Family House** sites.

1. Enable the **Health Care** feature.

1. Submit the settings.

### Add the MR01

1. Click ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f09a6106-e976-455e-b2d0-3d88b5385960/Images/Documentation/image-EHMYPUQ2.png) of the target project.
2. Select **Sensor**.
3. Click **New** on the right.
4. Enter the device’s MAC address.
5. Set the device name.

1. Submit the settings.

### Configure Sensor Detection Call Alert

Once the MR01 is added to the project, you can configure the **Sensor Detection Call Alert**. This feature allows configured numbers to receive a call alert when a fall or bed-exit event occurs.

2. Enable the feature.
3. Enable the desired **Alarm Type**.
4. Select the correct **Country/Region**. This determines the phone number country code.
5. Enter up to 3 phone numbers that will receive the call simultaneously.

- SMS notifications will be sent to these numbers when the alarm is triggered.
- The call alert provides details, including the alarm type and master account name.
- If no one answers, the call will be repeated for 3 rounds.

## For a Community Project

### Enable the Feature

1. Log in to the cloud platform with your installer account.
2. Navigate to the **Communities**.

4. Enable the **Health Care** feature.

1. Submit the settings.

### Add the MR01

1. Click ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f09a6106-e976-455e-b2d0-3d88b5385960/Images/Documentation/image-F94YXZWC.png) of the target community project.
2. Click ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f09a6106-e976-455e-b2d0-3d88b5385960/Images/Documentation/image-S08Y0CME.png) of the target apartment.
3. Scroll down to the **Sensors** section.
4. Click **New** on the right.

1. Enter the device MAC address and name.

1. Submit the settings.

### Configure Sensor Detection Call Alert

Once the MR01 is added to the apartment, you can configure the **Sensor Detection Call Alert**. This feature allows configured numbers to receive a call alert when a fall or bed-exit event occurs.

2. Enable the feature.
3. Enable the desired **Alarm Type**.
4. Select the correct **Country/Region**. This determines the phone number country code.
5. Enter up to 3 phone numbers that will receive the call simultaneously.

- The call alert provides details including the alarm type, building name, apartment number, and community name.
- If no one answers, the call will be repeated for 3 rounds.
