What is Akuvox SmartPlus?
Akuvox SmartPlus is a smart cloud-based intercom service. It allows Akuvox's intercom and access control devices to link, communicate, and interact intelligently with one another without any geographical restrictions, making buildings smarter and more secure.
To put it simply, it is a management platform that enables you to manage projects, users, and devices.

What is the difference between SmartPlus and Smart Access?
SmartPlus Cloud and Smart Access Cloud are built on the same cloud platform, but they are designed for different project types and usage scenarios.
SmartPlus Cloud is used for residential projects. It mainly focuses on intercom-related functionalities, such as resident communication, visitor calling, and daily residential interaction scenarios.
Smart Access Cloud is used for commercial projects. It focuses on access control and door management, including user access permissions and centralized access management for office environments.
What is my permission as a distributor?
As a distributor, you mainly use the SmartPlus Cloud to help installers set up or remove devices and conduct remote system maintenance.
You can create, delete, and reset installer accounts. They use the accounts to log in to the SmartPlus Installer web portal.
You can check all project and user information.
