In the daily use of door phones, you might need to adjust the backlight settings of the card reader area on the device. For example, turning off the backlight during the day when there is sufficient sunlight. Or turning off the backlight at night to reduce unnecessary power consumption because there are fewer visitors at night. Akuvox door phone allows you to modify the card reader area backlight settings on the device's web interface. This article provides detailed instructions on how to adjust the backlight. Operation Instruction

• Make sure your device belongs to these models: X916/R29C/R28A/R27A/R26C/R23C/R20A/R20K/E11R.

Operation Procedure

For R28A/R27A/R26C/R23C/R20A/R20K/E11R. Log in to the web interface Intercom > LED Setting, select Enable, input LED available time data, and click Submit.

For X915, log in to the web interface Device > Light > LED Of Swiping Card Area.

For X916/X915  log in to the web interface Intercom > LED Setting > LED Control, select Enable, input time data, then click Submit.
