      How to Adjust the Volume for Door Open Voice

      Scenario

      If the default open door announcement volume is too loud to cause complaints from residents, or the sound is too low to make people unable to hear clearly, you can adjust it.

      On the device, navigate to Settings > Volume. 

      On the device web interface, navigate to Phone > Voice.

      Operation Procedure

      1. Login to the device webpage and visit the sound setting page.
      2. Setup preferred value for the voice prompt.
      3. Save the volume setting.
      4. Open the door and determine whether the volume of the prompt is appropriate in the environment.
