If you don't like the default tone of the original prompt voice or it doesn't match the actual scene， you can customize the door open prompt voice.
On the device web interface, navigate to Device > Voice. (For Akuvox R20X, R26X, R27X, R28X, R29X, X916X )
On the device web interface, navigate to Phone > Import/Export. (For Akuvox X915X, E16X )
Operation Procedure
- Login to device webpage, and visit import or audio page
- You can import the custom door opening tone to replace the original tone.
- Unlock the door to see if it is replaced

Size: <200KB
Format: .wav
Samplerate: 16000
Bits: 16
