You can adjust a suitable mic volume during on talking page to ensure normal communication between the two parties.
On the device web interface, navigate to Phone> Audio > Mic Volume.（For C313/C315/C317/IT82/IT83）
On the device web interface, navigate to Device > Audio >Mic Volume.（For C319/X933）
On the device, navigate to More> Settings > Sound.

- Applicable device: All indoor monitors

- Input the value in the Mic Volume box to configure microphone volume.
- Launching a call, volume change during the call
