Article Summary

In the 2-wire solution, the indoor monitor C313-2 can be a master device to provide the network for other devices. The devices that receive the network are called slave devices. If there are two or more C313-2 in one family, any of them can be the master device.

The 2-wire solution is ideal for retrofitting projects, saving the time and cost of rewiring.
