Scenario
White light LED is mainly used to reinforce the lighting for the greater visibility of the users when see their images in the dark environment. The white light can be light up when scanning face, QR code.
On the device web interface, navigate to Intercom > Advanced. (For R29)
On the device web interface, navigate to Device > Light. (For X915 and X916)
Operation Instruction
- While LED is helpful for face recognition and more clear captures during night time.
- The documentation is for the version nigher than R29(29.30.2.471). X915 (915.30.1.115) and X916(916.30.1.113)
Operation Procedure
For R29
- Switch White Light Mode to Auto.
- Set up Max White Light Value, it can be 0 to 255, bigger value equals brighter environment.(Easier to be triggered) Click Submit.
- After configurations, during night time, when visitor walks towards Akuvox door phone, R29 will light up white LED for better performance of face recognition and capture log.
For X915 and X916:
- Switch the White Light Mode to Auto then click Submit.
- After configurations, during night time, X915 and X916 will light up the white LED for better performance of face recognition and capture log.
