Scenario

When you come across any problems during the usage of the Akuvox device, and contact our technical team, they will probably ask for a system log to help you address the problem. This article tells you how to get the system log on Akuvox intercoms in detail.

Operation Instruction

Log Level from 1 to 7 levels. Only log 7 for debugging.

Operation Procedure

1. Login to the device's web interface via user name and password (admin/admin)
2. Upgrade>Diagnose>System Log.
3. Adjust the log level to 7, then reproduce your issue. 
4. After you finish it, click Export to export your log.
5. Send this log to the technical engineer.
