Scenario
When you come across any problems during the usage of the Akuvox device, and contact our technical team, they will probably ask for a system log to help you address the problem. This article tells you how to get the system log on Akuvox intercoms in detail.
Operation Instruction
Log Level from 1 to 7 levels. Only log 7 for debugging.
Operation Procedure
- Login to the device's web interface via user name and password (admin/admin)
- Upgrade>Diagnose>System Log.
- Adjust the log level to 7, then reproduce your issue.
- After you finish it, click Export to export your log.
- Send this log to the technical engineer.
