Scenario

You can customize the icon display on the home screen and on the More screen for the convenience of your operation.  Moreover, you can customize wallpaper to be shown as the background picture for the personalized home screen display. This article helps you walk through the process needed for the configuration of the icon display and wallpaper. 

Operation Instruction

• Applicable Models: This article is applicable to C313, C315, C317, IT82, IT83, X933.

Operation Procedure

Here we will take the C317 indoor monitor as an example for the demonstration as the indoor monitors above are largely the same in their screen display.

• Configure icon display on the home screen

  Icon display on the Home screen and More screen can be customized according to your need on the device on interface.

1. Click Phone > Key/Display > Home Page Display ( IT83, C317, IT82, C315, C313);   Device > Display Setting> Home Page Display ( X933)
2. Select the icon (types）you want to display on the home screen.
3. Input the value if you select the icon type “Browser”. For example, when you select “Browser”, you are required to enter the URL of the browser before the browser icon can be displayed. while the value is not applicable to other icon types.  if you select “Custom APK”, you are required to select or enter its package name and class name in the corresponding Value field before the APK icon can be displayed on the home screen.
4.  Click to rename the icon if need, while the DND icon and Unlock Icon can not be renamed.  
5. Click the Select File tab to select pictures to be used as icons.
6. Click to select the picture to be uploaded as the icon to be displayed.

X933 icon display:

To configure icon display on the More screen, you can do as follows:

1. Go to More Page Display on the same interface.
2. Configure the icon display in the same way as you do for the icon display on the home screen.

• Setting up Wall Paper for Indoor Monitor

1. Click Phone > Display Setting > Wall Paper
2. Upload the wallpaper you selected to the device.
3. Select wallpaper files to quickly change the wallpaper on the home screen, and press confirm for validation.
