1. Fixed an issue where some infrared devices did not respond when a scene task controlled multiple IR devices simultaneously

> - This fix requires the home center device to be running firmware version 3.4.3 or later.
> - Currently, up to three IR devices can be controlled simultaneously. For scenes involving more than three devices, delays must be added manually between tasks.
