# Knowledge Base Search Tips

## Step1 Enter Keywords

Type the keywords related to the article you want to read in the search bar and press Enter.

## Step2 Advanced Search

If you don't find the results you need, click **More article filters** to view more.

## Step3 Choose Category

To quickly find the article you need, we recommend selecting the specific category related to your search. This helps narrow down results, as different articles may share the same keywords. After selecting the category, then click **Apply.**
