# Project Scale Guidelines

The following values are recommended project scales for community and commercial projects to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.

For large-scale projects, please contact Akuvox Support for project assessment and optimization recommendations before deployment.

## Community Projects

| Item | Recommended Scale | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Public Devices (Public Area and Building Devices Combined) | 200 | Includes devices deployed at entrances, gates, and buildings. |
| Buildings | 150 |  |
| Apartments | 3,000 |  |
| Apartment Devices | 3,000 |  |
| Access Groups | 150 |  |
| Resident(s) | 12,000 | Includes family master and family member accounts. |
| Delivery Persons | 100 |  |
| Staff | 30 | A maximum of 30 staff accounts can be created per project (existing projects exceeding this limit are not affected). To request a higher limit, contact Akuvox Support. |

## Commercial Projects
