# Akuvox SmartPlus Property Manager Quick Start

## What is Akuvox SmartPlus?

Akuvox SmartPlus is a smart cloud-based intercom and access control platform that enables property managers to manage residents, access permissions, and connected devices remotely.

For property managers, SmartPlus provides a centralized platform for managing daily property operations without requiring access to the devices on-site.

## What Can You Do as a Property Manager?

As a property manager, you can manage residents, access permissions, devices, and security-related functions for the assigned property.

## How to Obtain My PM Account?

A PM account is created and assigned by the installer.
