The failure may appear as “Account unavailable” or “Please contact your service provider” on the SmartPlus App’s login page.

Check the Account Information

For end users, please check whether the account username and password, and the server entered are correct.

Check Whether the Account Is Activated

Installers and property managers can check the account status on the SmartPlus Cloud platform.

For Installers

  1. Log in to the SmartPlus Cloud platform with your account.

  2. Navigate to the target project. Take a community project as an example.

    If the App Status displays “Unregistered” or “Expired”, you need to activate the account or renew it on the Subscriptions module.

For Property Managers

  1. Log in to the SmartPlus Cloud platform with your account. Take a community project as an example.

  2. Click Resident on the left column. If the App Status displays “Unregistered” or “Expired”, you need to activate the account or renew it on the Subscriptions module.
