# SmartPlus App Login Failure

The failure may appear as “Account unavailable” or “Please contact your service provider” on the SmartPlus App’s login page.

## Check the Account Information

For end users, please check whether the account username and password, and the server entered are correct.

## Check Whether the Account Is Activated

Installers and property managers can check the account status on the SmartPlus Cloud platform.

### For Installers

1. Log in to the SmartPlus Cloud platform with your account.
2. Navigate to the target project. Take a community project as an example.

If the App Status displays “Unregistered” or “Expired”, you need to activate the account or renew it on the **Subscriptions** module.

### For Property Managers

1. Log in to the SmartPlus Cloud platform with your account. Take a community project as an example.
2. Click **Resident** on the left column. If the App Status displays “Unregistered” or “Expired”, you need to activate the account or renew it on the **Subscriptions** module.
