BelaHome App

New Features

  1. Added support for scene triggers based on door phone calls (requires home center running with V4.0.1 firmware).

  2. When users have no security or gateway device permissions, contacts are displayed normally, and incoming calls can be received.

  3. Added variable scene details prompts for the web portal.

  4. Adapted to HyPanel Elite 7 (PG42) Phase 1 requirements.

Fixed Bugs

Optimizations

  1. Improved prompts when creating a smart home community project in SmartPlus that shares the same name as an intercom community project (without the Home Automation feature enabled).

  2. Optimized notifications to prevent duplicate project creation messages in SmartPlus when creating projects from akubela Cloud.

Fixed Bugs

  1. Fixed an issue on G31 where, after a restart (e.g., power outage), the AC button created by IR22 appeared “On” but did not actually send a signal to the AC device.

  2. Fixed an issue in multi-home setups where deleting a door phone caused associated cameras in other homes not to display their switches.

  1. Scene Function Enhancements

    • Added support for multi-state scene types.

    • Added scene variable configuration and management.

    • Added support for copying scenes.

    • Added Smart Snapshot option for tasks.

    • Added support for using door phone incoming calls as scene trigger conditions.Improved scene configuration interaction and usability.

    • Adjusted the logic for temperature range settings.

  1. Batch Construction

    • Devices that exist as a single unit can now be automatically matched, removing the need for manual association.

    • In the manual association interface, controllable devices (e.g., switches, lights, sockets, valves, thermostats, curtains) can be tested for on/off functionality to confirm the actual device.

    • After applying a configuration template:

      • Scenes and spaces will follow the configuration template.

      • Any extra devices not included in the template are automatically assigned to the “Others” room.

      • Any extra local scenes not in the template are automatically removed.


Property Management(PM) Platform

  1. Added support for setting rooms to Maintenance status. Maintenance personnel can log in via BelaHome by scanning a maintenance QR code to perform repair tasks.

  2. Added support for password recovery.


GRMS Platform

  2. Added a temperature limit switch. This allows configuration of the allowable temperature range and constrains adjustments on both the panel screen and BelaHome when controlling HVAC devices.
