SmartPlus Web Platform

1. Optimized iTec lock integration:

   • changed lock assignment from gateway-level to lock-level.

   • optimized PIN/card distribution to reduce failure rates.

2. Added Building ID configuration to allow devices to call using Building ID#APT.

SmartPlus App

1. Support adding PH81 as Indoor Monitor to the cloud, while connected Zigbee devices can be displayed and controlled in SmartPlus App (supports lights, thermostats, curtains, and other types).

2. Support adding unlock shortcut to home screen or control center for iOS App (iOS 18+).

3. Support using AK-Partner to manage community and single-tenant projects:

   • support adding communities (for community projects only).

   • support adding apartments and residents.

   • support adding devices by scanning MAC barcodes, QR codes (community self-organization solution), or manually.

Optimization

1. Support forwarding AJAX arm/disarm status and alarms to Indoor Monitors in the same room via account integration (when logged in to AJAX account).

2. Changed “Delete” button to “Reset Apartment” on the resident list in the property manager portal and moved “Delete” to the details page.

3. Added new Dutch address entries to the Address module on project creation and related pages.

4. Optimized Door Log search bar and improved search speed.
