The call transfer feature allows the SmartPlus App to receive calls from door phones when they do not have access to the Internet. This requires a connection to SmartPlus Cloud, which uses an indoor monitor to transfer calls.
When you need to set up the function for multiple apartments, you can use PC Manager, the Akuvox device configuration tool, to improve efficiency.
Note
The call transfer feature applies to
All door phones
C313W V2 with version 213.30.10.60 or higher;
C313W V2-2 with version 212.30.13.25 or higher;
C313W V3 with version 313.30.12.6 or higher;
S562W with version 562.30.10.160 or higher;
S563W with the version 563.30.13.404 or higher.
Please upgrade the devices to specific firmware versions before configuring the feature.
Please contact Akuvox tech team for acquiring the latest PC Manager.
