Do Not Disturb(DND) feature allows devices to reject automatically incoming calls and prevents users from being disturbed at certain times of the day.
All Akuvox indoor monitors support this feature. This article takes IT88 as an example.
Steps
Use the device IP to log into its web interface with the username and password. The default is admin.
Go to Device > Call Feature > DND interface.
Tick the box of Whole Day or Schedule.
Whole Day: enables the device to reject incoming calls the whole day.
Schedule: determines the period when the device rejects incoming calls. When Schedule is selected, define the DND Start Time and End Time.
Select the Return Code When DND. It determines the response code sent to the calling device.
Click Submit to save the configuration.
The device will reject incoming calls the whole day or within the time range that is set up.
