Create PIN Code for Door Opening

End users and property managers can create PIN codes on the SmartPlus App to open doors.

Note

• The PIN code should be 4-8 digits.

• The PIN code of all the same number is not allowed, e.g.33333333.

• Avoid starting the PIN code with 9, which may lead to door opening failure.

1. Log into the SmartPlus App with the user or property manager account.

2. Tap Me > Authorization > Door Release PIN.

3. Customize the PIN code.

4. Tap Submit to save the configuration.

After entering the PIN code on the device’s PIN screen, the door will be opened.
