  2. Added support for emergency alarm feature: SOS function is configured in the cloud, while the device only responds to alarms and cannot clear them locally.

Fixed Bugs

  1. Fixed an issue where the RCU status shown did not update after a power loss.

  2. Fixed an issue where, if no space was selected during local installation on HyPanel Elite 7 and the RCU was later added with a space assigned, connecting the home to the cloud caused the RCU’s sub-devices to be placed under Others instead of their assigned space.

Fixed Bugs

  1. Fixed an issue where door phone calls to HyPanel Elite 7 failed if Wi-Fi was turned off during local-to-cloud data transfer.

  2. Fixed an issue where, after a sub-gateway was removed from a cloud-connected home center HyPanel Elite 7 and then re-added locally, the home center could not control devices under that sub-gateway until it was restarted.

  3. Fixed an issue where message pop-ups could interrupt doorbell notifications.

  4. Fixed an issue where Display > Lock Home Screen Layout was not disabled by default.

New Features

1. Zones:

Added support for configuring and managing the panel’s 8 built-in security zones, with supported types including Infrared, Door Magnet, Smoke, Gas, Emergency, Flood, Doorbell, and Switch.

2. Infrared Function:

Added support for adding IR-based Air Conditioners and TVs using the panel’s built-in infrared module when it serves as the Home Center.

3. Added compatibility with Palwintec Zigbee switches, including:

(1) Curtain-only types: 1-gang, 2-gang, 3-gang curtain switches.

(2) Switch-only types: 1-gang, 2-gang, 3-gang, 4-gang, 6 switches.

(3) Mixed types, combinations including:

  • 1 relay + 1 curtain

  • 2 relays + 1 curtain

  • 2 relays + 2 curtains

  • 4 relays + 1 curtain

  • ZIG714: 2 curtains

  • ZIG716: 4 relays + 2 scenes

  • ZIG721+2: 2 relays + 1 curtain

New Features

1. Support operation as a home center or a sub-gateway. Cloud deployment is required when used as a home center.

2. Scenes: Scene functionality is unavailable when HyPanel Elite 7 operates as a local home center.

  • To enable scenes, the panel must be cloud-connected and linked to the family administrator account.

  • When used as a sub-gateway with an Android-based home center, scenes can be synchronized to the panel.

3. Home Screen Customization: After disabling the layout lock in settings, long-press the homepage to enter edit mode.

  • Users can then add, remove, or replace device cards (replacement cards must be of the same type).

  • Device card sorting is not supported currently.

4. Device Category & Group Control: Group control is supported in both the Device Category and Room views for Lights, Shades, HVAC, and Switch types. Control cards appear at the top, allowing users to turn all applicable devices on or off with a single tap.

5. Relay: HyPanel Elite 7 includes a built-in 1-channel low-voltage relay that can be configured for Door, Siren, Do Not Disturb (DND), or Make-Up Room (MUR) functions.

  • Configuration is supported via the following methods: Device web portal, BelaHome app, akubela cloud, user web portal (only when used as a sub-gateway), and Android-based panels settings (only when used as a sub-gateway).

6. Infrared Control: Support adding IR-based air conditioners and TVs using the built-in infrared module. Note that this feature is not available when the panel is used as a home center.

7. Zigbee Support: Support pairing with up to 32 Zigbee device using the built-in Zigbee module.

8. Web Portal Access: When HyPanel Elite 7 is used as a home center, only the device web portal is available. The user web portal is not supported in this mode.

9. App Access: When used as a home center in local mode, HyPanel Elite 7 does not support the BelaHome app. App functionality requires cloud connection and binding to the family administrator account.

10. Intercom Features: Support integration with the Akuvox SmartPlus Cloud to add and manage door phones, indoor monitors, guard phones, and access control devices.

11. Local-to-Cloud Data Transfer Feature: Support data transfer for door phones; IPC data transfer is not supported.

12. Updates: Firmware can be updated via device web portal, akubela Cloud Platform, and SDMC.

13. Installation Options: Cloud mode using installation codes, local mode, and switching from local mode to cloud connectivity.
