The Door Held Open feature allows users to keep the door open for a certain period with their SmartPlus App. You can enable/disable the feature for users.

Enable the Feature on the SmartPlus Platform
Log in to the SmartPlus Cloud platform with an installer account.
Click Communities on the dashboard.
Navigate to a specific community by clicking
.Click
of the target resident.

Scroll to the Intercom Devices part. Edit or add a door phone.
Select Yes for the Allow Users to Set Door Hold Open option.

Click Submit to save the settings.
For End Users: Set up the Feature on the SmartPlus App
After configuration, users with community master accounts can set up the door-opening schedule on the SmartPlus App.
On the homepage, tap Unlock of the configured door phone in Card Mode; tap the target Relay in List Mode.

Tap Hold Open.

Tap
in the upper right corner to add the schedule.Tap
to select the relay and set up the date and time for the door to open.

Click Submit.
Users can end the feature and close the door by clicking
and End Hold Open.
