Volume and ringtone configurations include microphone volume, speaker volume, alarm volume, and more. In addition, you can upload door-opening tones to enrich the user's personalized experience.
Volume Configuration
You can configure the volume of the microphone, speaker, etc. Moreover, you can also set up the tamper alarm volume when unwanted removal of the device occurs.
You can set them up on the device web Phone > Voice interface.
Open Door Tone Configuration
You can enable the open door warning tone.
Go to Phone > Audio > Open Door Tone Setting interface.
Parameter Set-up:
- Open Door Inside Tone: enable it so that you can hear the open door tone when you open the door by pressing the exit button.
- Open Door Outside Tone: enable it so that you can hear the open door tone when you open the door using the access method on the door phone.
Upload Tone Files
You can configure the door phone ringback tone and other tones related to the door opening.
Ringback Tone Configuration
You can configure the ringback tone volume and its status during Mp on the web Phone > Voice interface.
You can customize the tone of door open successful/failed if you need. Please follow the prompt about the file size and format. On the web, navigate to Phone > Audio.
Parameter Set-up:
- Open Door Succeeded Outside Warning: upload the open door success tone which you can hear when you open the door using the access method on the door phone.
- Open Door Succeeded Inside Warning: upload the open door when you open the door by pressing the exit button.
- Open Door Failed Warning: upload the open door failure tone.
- Ringback: upload the ringback tone.
