Akuvox indoor monitors can automatically capture images during incoming calls, allowing users to identify visitors from missed-call records when they are unable to answer.
Automatic image capturing is supported on Akuvox indoor monitors, with different default settings and configuration options depending on the operating system.
Android indoor monitors: The feature is enabled by default.
Linux indoor monitors: Use the Capture Enable switch to enable or disable the feature.
Configure Automatic Image Capturing
The following steps use the S562 as an example.
Log in to the device’s web interface with the username and password. The default is admin.
Navigate to the Contacts > Call Log interface and enable the feature.
Configure the Capture Delay as needed, which determines the intervals between two screenshots.
Click Submit to save the configuration.
View Captured Images
After enabling the feature, users can view the captured images on the indoor monitor.
On the indoor monitor, go to Call > Call Log.
Tap
of the relevant call record. Tap Call log detail to view the captured image.
