The images captured during a call session or a call preview will be stored automatically in indoor monitors. You can check and export capture logs.
To view a single picture of a call, please refer to Check Who Called on Indoor Monitors.
For Android Indoor Monitors
For Android indoor monitors(S567, IT88, IT83, C319, C315, and X933), you can find the captured images in the indoor monitor’s FileManager.
Go to Settings > System Info > Basic screen and tap User Mode ten times to switch to Admin Mode.
Tap Application that appears after switching to the Admin Mode.
Tap ExplorerMini > Pictures > Capture to check the captured images.
Tip
IT8X series indoor monitors support inserting SD cards. If the SD card is inserted, the captured images will be automatically stored in the SD card.
For Linux Indoor Monitors
For Linux indoor monitors(S565, S563, S562, and C313), you can check the capture log on the device’s web interface.
Go to the Upgrade > Diagnosis > Capture Log interface.
Click Export to export the file in TGZ format. Decompress the file to view the screenshots.
If you want to specify a server to receive the call log, enter the server address in the URL field.
Enter the username and password you have customized when setting the server.
