Check Device Firmware Version and MAC Address

On the Web Interface
All Akuvox intercom devices’ firmware versions and MAC addresses can be checked on the web interface.
In this part, we take R20A as an example.
Log into the device’s web interface with the username and password. The default is admin.
Navigate to the web Status > Basic > Product Information interface.
On the Device
Door Phones
The following door phones support checking firmware versions and MAC addresses on the Information screen.
The routes vary by model.

Indoor Monitors
All indoor monitors support checking firmware versions and MAC addresses on the System Info screen.
In this part, we take S567 as an example.
Tap on the home screen and check the information on the System Info screen.
On the SmartPlus Cloud Platform
When the device is added to the SmartPlus Cloud platform, installers and property managers can check the device’s information on the platform.
Installers
For the Single-tenant Projects
Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with the installer account.
On the User view, click of the desired user or click Device on the left column.
On this interface, you can see the device’s MAC address.
Click of the desired device to check the device’s firmware version.
For the Community Projects
Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with the installer account.
Click of the desired community and click Intercom Devices for the desired area.
On the interface, you can see the device’s MAC address.
Click of the desired device to check the device’s firmware version.
Property Managers
Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with the property manager account.
Click Devices to see the device’s MAC address.
Click of the desired device to check the device’s firmware version.
