Configure Care Alarm Emergency Access

This feature is used to allow healthcare personnel access when an emergency happens. It is ONLY available when the sensor MR01 is added to the cloud by your installer.

  1. Log in to the cloud platform with your PM account.

  2. Navigate to Apartments.

  3. Click of the target apartment.

  1. Enable the feature.

  2. Set the Emergency Contact’s name.

    Click Add to add up to 5 contacts.

  3. Select the contact type: Email or Phone. This determines how the contact receives the emergency access temp key.

  4. Enter the email address or phone number.

  5. Select the Alarm Type that triggers the emergency access.

  6. Set the Temporary Key Validity Duration that determines how long the key is valid for access.

  7. Set the Valid Times(1~65,535): How many times the key can be used during the validity duration.

  1. Submit the settings.

After the feature is enabled, it ONLY takes effect after the resident confirms it. The confirmation status displays next to the switch.

  • Pending: The resident has not responded yet. The configuration is not active.

  • Accepted: The resident has approved the request. The configuration takes effect.

  • Rejected: The resident has declined the request.

The confirmation will be sent to the resident’s SmartPlus App.
