Configure WebRelay on Indoor Monitors

Steps

  1. Log into the device's web interface with the username and password. The default is admin.
  2. Navigate to the web Device > Relay interface.
  3. Enter the IP Address, User Name, and Password provided by the WebRelay service provider.
  4. Enter the IP or SIP number of the door phone connected to the door lock.
  5. Enter the HTTP command in the Web Relay Action field. One of the example formats is state.xml?relayState=2.
    -If you did not enter the IP address, username, and password, you need to enter the complete HTTP command in a format such as http://Username:Password@IP address/state.xml?relayState=2.
