You can check and blocklist contacts on the More > Contacts > Local Contacts screen.
Edit a Contact
Select the existing contact and press the Contact Info and then the Edit icon to modify.
Blocklist a Contact
Incoming calls from the contacts in the blocklist will be rejected. Select the contact and press Add To Blocklist.
To remove the contact from the blocklist, change its group from Blocklist to any desired group.
