5. Configure G32 as a Sub-Gateway

NOTE:

• Up to 5 G32 gateways can be used in one home: 1 Home Center and up to 4 sub-gateways.

• G32 can be used as a sub-gateway with the following supported HyPanel devices and firmware versions:

  • HyPanel Pro (PG71): 71.1.40.197 or later

  • HyPanel Ultra (PH81): 281.1.40.153 or later

  • HyPanel Supreme (PHX1): 1001.1.40.153 or later

  • SmartPanel Elite 10 (PH58): 119.1.40.115 or later

  • SmartPanel (X933H): 933.1.40.116 or later

5.1. G32 via Ethernet

1. Connect your mobile phone and G32 to the same network as the Home Center.

2. Log in to the existing family administrator account in the BelaHome app.

3. Tap Home > +.

4. Press and hold the G32 button until the green indicator flashes slowly and you hear a beep.

5. Scan for the G32, select the detected device and tap Next.

5.2. G32 via Wi-Fi

1. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth.

2. Log in to the BelaHome app with the family administrator account.

3. Tap Home > + > G32.

4. Press and hold the button on the G32 until the green indicator flashes slowly and you hear a beep.

5. Wait for the G32 to be detected. Select the discovered G32 and tap Next.

6. Select a Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and tap Next.

TIP:

To change G32’s Wi-Fi network, go to Category > More > [G32 device card] > > Wi-Fi Setting, then follow the onscreen instructions.

5.3. Remove G32

1. Find the G32 device card on the panel or the BelaHome app.

2. Go to the G32 on the device details page, and delete it.

3. Factory reset the G32.

4. Verify the G32 MAC address is removed from the distributor MAC Library.
