Ensure proper network and cloud connection:
Both your smartphone and HyPanel devices must be connected to the Internet.
Your panels must be cloud-connected (not operating in Local Mode).
TIP: If the panel shows weather information, it’s connected to the cloud. You can also verify this by going to
> System Settings > Connect Status > Smart Home Cloud.
Use a valid akubela administrator or manager account.
To register an account after the cloud connection:
On HyPanel: Tap Account Registration on the home screen.
Ask your service provider to create an account for you.
Manager accounts can only be created by the administrator.
Know device limitations:
Max supported devices: 150 per home.
Devices cannot be synced to the Google Home: IR-based TVs, door bells, access controls, and local intercoms added through the device web portal.
