Reset Devices on Akuvox Cloud Platform

When the device is connected to the SmartPlus Cloud, you can reset it directly on the management portal.

For Installers

Take a community project as an example.

  1. Log in to the Akuvox Cloud platform with an installer account.

  2. Clickof the target community on the Sites module.

  3. Click Intercom Devices and search for the device by its MAC, device name, SIP number, or owner’s name.

  4. Click of the target device.

  1. Click Settings and click Reset.

For Property Managers

  1. Log in to the Akuvox Cloud platform with a property manager account.

  2. Click Devices and search for the target device.

  3. Click  of the target device.
