Set up Emergency Action

The emergency action feature automatically opens all doors when an emergency alarm is triggered by any door phone, ensuring quick evacuation. You can also manually open or close all doors on the SmartPlus Cloud platform.

When the emergency action is triggered, indoor monitors can notify residents by sounding an alarm and SmartPlus Apps can also receive notifications.

The SmartPlus App with version 6.81.0.3(Android)/6.81.3.(iOS) or higher supports receiving notifications.

Set up Emergency Action on the SmartPlus Cloud

1. Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with a property manager account.

2. Click Settings on the left column.

3. Enable Unlock All Doors When Emergency Alarm Triggered.

4. Enable Send Emergency Notifications to Users When Lock/Unlock All Doors when indoor monitors support this feature.

5. Click Submit.

Set up Door Phones

Take the door phone R20A V5.0 as an example.

1. Use the device IP to log into its web interface. The initial username and password are admin.

2. Click System > Security. Check the input(s) that is connected to the alarm sensor.

3. Click Submit.

4. Make sure the input is enabled on the Access Control > Input interface.

After configuration, all doors will be opened when the alarm sensor is triggered.

The indoor monitor will display a prompt and sound an alarm for 30 seconds.

Unlock/Lock All Doors Manually

You can also open or close doors manually by clicking Emergency Action.

A pop-up window will inform you whether doors are opened successfully.
