Akuvox provides basic and premium feature plans for SmartPlus Cloud projects, catering to different needs.

Package Room:

Allow end users to receive notifications of package arrivals with their SmartPlus App.

PIN Control:

  • Allow property managers to control whether end users can create PIN codes for door opening with their SmartPlus App.

  • By default, users have permission to create PINs.

Property managers will be prompted to contact their service providers to activate this advanced feature.

QR Control:

  • Allow property managers to control whether end users can create QR codes for door opening with their SmartPlus App.

  • By default, users have permission to create QR codes.

RF Card Control:

  • Allow property managers to control whether end users can create RF cards for door opening with their SmartPlus App.

  • By default, users have permission to create RF cards.

Facial Recognition Control:

  • Allow property managers to control whether end users can register face ID for door opening with their SmartPlus App.

  • By default, users have permission to register face ID.

Family Member Control:

  • Allow property managers to define the number of family member accounts that can be created by end users with their SmartPlus App.

  • The number ranges from 0 to 63.

  • By default, users can create multiple free accounts. Using more accounts requires activation and an extra payment.

Third-party Camera:

  • Support adding third-party cameras to the cloud and linking them to door phones.

  • Users can view the monitoring stream with their SmartPlus App.

Bookings:

  • Allow property managers to manage amenities and reservations on the cloud.

ID Access:

  • The feature is designed for users with South American ID cards. Property managers can enroll the RUN and Serial numbers on their ID cards into the Akuvox SmartPlus Cloud system.

  • Users can open doors conveniently by using the QR code on their ID cards.

  • This feature should be enabled by Akuvox for your distributors before using it.

Note

  • When you select the Basic feature plan, you can set whether each apartment has an indoor monitor installed(With Indoor Monitor option). If turned on, add an indoor monitor while adding the apartment on the cloud.

  • When you select the Premium feature plan, the With Indoor Monitor is turned off. You can add indoor monitors based on actual conditions, which is not affected by this switch.
